One-day 88 Temple Pilgrimage Route of Omuro with a monk guide.
Behind Ninna-ji Temple on Mount Joju there are temples (fudasho) scattered along a 3km hiking trail. Each temple enshrines the principal deity, Kobo Daishi.
It takes about 2 hours to visit all the sites that are replicas of the 88 Temple Pilgrimage Route in Shikoku. You will receive the same blessings from this pilgrimage as you would on the 88 Temple Pilgrimage Route in Shikoku.
